Lola a.k.a. Loona is a beautiful but hard-nosed Californian and the HOOD's air-borne field commander who Chuck (Bird) has a crush on but she barely knows he exist.
Powers and abilities[]
Inflation/Size Enhancement-She is able to generate and expand a helium like gas into her suit that's enough to stretch her body into the shape of a ball by pulling the cord on her suit, allows her to expand the gas any time she wish.
Flight/Levitation/Gliding-She ain't the Airborne Field Commander for nothing whilst inflated, she uses the helium like gas in her body to hover, glide and even rocket through the air.
Enhanced Durability/Deflection-She's incredibly durable whilst inflated, able to reflect and bounce off bullets and other projectiles and withstand large amounts of weight.
Bouncing/Projectile Body-Whilst inflated, she can bounce up to incredible heights, ricochet from building to building in the city and use her inflated body as a bounce-pad for her allies.
